1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds or reshipments will not be issued in the following cases:
- Customer was unavailable during delivery.
- Incorrect shipping address was provided.
2. Customs Seizures
If your WorldWide Express package is seized by customs, we will offer unlimited free reshipments.
Note: We do not offer refunds for packages seized by customs.
3. Partial Refunds (if eligible)
If a package is successfully delivered but the product is incorrect or damaged, we may offer up to 50% refund on the product price only (excluding shipping and handling fees).
4. Returns
We do not accept any returns under any circumstances due to the nature of the products.
5. Refund Method
All refunds are processed via:
- Cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, USDT, etc.) only.
We do not offer PayPal, card, or bank refunds.
6. Store Credit Option
In eligible cases, we may offer store credit instead of a refund, depending on what is more convenient for both the customer and PromoCareMeds. Customers may also request store credit directly.
